Teli Samaj Matrimonial is a community-specific platform designed exclusively for members of the Teli Samaj community to find suitable life partners. The platform is managed by community administrators who reserve the right to moderate, approve, or remove profiles as deemed necessary.

2. Eligibility

To register and use this platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for males) or 18 years of age (for females) at the time of registration.
• You must be a member of the Teli Samaj community or belong to a related community acceptable to the administration.
• You must be legally eligible for marriage under Indian law (i.e., not already married unless widowed or divorced with legal proof).
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself during registration and profile creation.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

3. Profile Registration & Verification

• All profiles are subject to admin approval before they become visible on the platform.
• You must upload a clear, recent passport-size photograph. Group photos, blurred images, or inappropriate pictures will be rejected.
• The administration reserves the right to request additional documents (such as age proof, community certificate, or divorce decree) for verification purposes.
• Profile details including name, age, education, occupation, and income must be truthful and verifiable.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. The platform is not liable for any misuse arising from shared credentials.
• Each person is permitted to create only one profile. Duplicate profiles will be removed.

4. Code of Conduct

All users, including brides and grooms, are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour:

• Do not share personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses) in public areas of the website.
• Do not use abusive, obscene, or disrespectful language in messages, interests, or profile descriptions.
• Do not send unsolicited or inappropriate messages to other members.
• Do not create fake profiles or impersonate another person.
• Do not use the platform for any commercial, promotional, or fraudulent activities.
• Do not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the website's functionality or security.
• Respect the privacy and choices of other members. If a member declines your interest, do not harass them.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Photo Upload Guidelines

• Photos must be in JPEG, PNG, or WebP format with a maximum file size of 5 MB.

• Do not upload photos with sunglasses, masks, or filters that obscure your face.
• Do not upload objectionable, vulgar, or explicit images.
• All uploaded photos go through admin approval before being displayed on your profile.
• The administration reserves the right to reject or remove any photo that does not meet these guidelines.

7. Membership & Subscriptions

• Basic registration and profile creation are free of charge.
• Premium features such as advanced search, unlimited interests, and profile highlights may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees, if any, are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the refund policy.
• The platform reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time with prior notice.
• Active subscriptions will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

8. Matchmaking & Communication

• This platform provides a medium for connecting prospective brides and grooms. It does not guarantee a successful match.
• Users may express interest in other profiles. The recipient may accept, decline, or ignore the interest.
• Once both parties accept each other's interest, they can communicate directly through the platform.
• The platform facilitates initial contact but is not responsible for interactions, agreements, or disputes that occur between members.
• Users are advised to exercise caution and due diligence before sharing personal information or meeting in person.
• We strongly recommend involving families and following traditional community practices for further proceedings.

9. Administration Rights

The platform administrators have the right to:

• Approve, reject, suspend, or delete any profile without assigning any reason.
• Remove or edit any content (including photos, descriptions, and messages) that violates these terms.
• Restrict or ban any user who violates the code of conduct or these terms.
• Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
• Take down the platform temporarily or permanently for maintenance or any other reason.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Teli Samaj Matrimonial acts solely as a matchmaking platform and is not involved in the actual marriage process.
• The platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of information provided by users.
• The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
• The platform does not conduct background verification of its members. Users are encouraged to perform their own checks.
• In case of any dispute between members, the platform's role is limited to providing communication records if required by law.

11. User's Responsibility to Verify

The Platform provides an online medium for connecting prospective brides, grooms, and their families. All information – including but not limited to personal details, family background, education, occupation, income, caste, sub-caste, gotra, horoscope, photographs, and any other content – is self-reported by the users.

Brides, grooms, and their parents/guardians are solely and exclusively responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, and legality of all information provided on the Platform before making any decision related to marriage, engagement, or any other personal arrangement.

The Platform does not conduct any background verification, police verification, character verification, or document authentication of its members.

Users are strongly advised to:

• Independently verify educational, professional, and identity documents.
• Conduct in-person meetings with the prospective family and involve elders from both sides.
• Follow traditional community customs and consult trusted advisors.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts that arise between users (including between brides, grooms, families, or any third parties) shall be resolved directly and exclusively between the parties involved.

The Platform's role is limited to providing communication tools and, if legally required, preserving communication records. The Platform does not mediate, arbitrate, or adjudicate any user-to-user disputes.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its administrators, operators, moderators, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to any dispute between users.

Nothing in this clause prevents a user from approaching a competent court of law, but the Platform shall not be a party to any such litigation unless directly involved by its own action.

13. Termination

• You may delete your profile at any time by contacting the administrator or through your profile settings.
• The administration may terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any of these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
• If you have an active subscription at the time of termination due to violation, it will be forfeited without refund.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where the administration is based.
